SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Damages
CRESTHOLM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you need to report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at crestholm.contact@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CRESTHOLM is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at crestholm.contact@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
